As always, mince pies are the centrepiece of my selection of festive treats.
Super buttery and not-too-thick pastry made with incredible regeneratively grown flour (you can seriously taste the difference), filled with fresh and aromatic mincemeat featuring crunchy toasted almonds, golden rum, sweet Marsala wine, dried figs, and freshly ground cardamom.

When checking out, please mention your preferred delivery/collection date, between 14th November and 24th December 2025 (Most deliveries are Tuesday-Saturday, and we can ship to UK addresses only, see notes at the bottom of this page for further details on delivery options). You can also specify delivery ASAP and your order will be processed and shipped starting 14th November 2025, in order of receipt. Shipping costs are calculated automatically by order weight.
Orders must be received a minimum of 72 hours before chosen delivery date so that we have time to hand make your order, and orders will close for the season on 17th December 2025. Orders received outside of these timescales will be at our discretion.

Pastry:
Wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin (B3), thiamine (B1)), butter (milk), cane sugar, eggs, salt, baking powder (diphosphates, sodium carbonates, rice flour).
Mincemeat:
Cane sugars, apples, raisins (raisins, sunflower oil), sultanas (sultanas, sunflower oil), dried figs, butter (milk), almonds (nuts), Marsala dolce, golden rum, ground cinnamon, ground mixed spice, ground cardamom, ground ginger, orange & lemon zest.
Sal’s Signature Granola:
Gluten free oats, maple syrup, rapeseed oil, desiccated coconut, almonds (nuts), sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom.
Sourdough Crackers with Fennel and Aleppo Pepper:

Cardamom Shortbread:
Wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin (B3), thiamine (B1)), butter (milk), cane sugar, cornflour, ground cardamom, salt.
Chaat Masala Nuts & Seeds:
Mixed nuts (cashew, almond, pecan), peanuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, maple syrup, cold-pressed rapeseed oil, chaat masala (cumin, coriander, fennel, ajwain, black pepper, dried mint, amchoor/dried mango powder, kala namak/black salt powder, sea salt, red chilli powder, ground ginger), salt.
Quince Thumbprint Biscuits:
Wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin (B3), thiamine (B1)), butter (milk), quince jam (quince, cane sugar, lemon juice), icing sugar (cane sugar, anti caking agent: maize starch), cornflour, vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol (35%)), salt.
All products are produced in a kitchen that also processes cereals containing gluten, milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, mustard, celery, sesame, soya and sulphites.
Note on delivery and collection:
You can order these to collect from directly: the postcode for collection is GU19 - please specify your preferred collection date when checking out.
For collection, hit the “Store Pickup/Collect from Sal” option for your delivery option. You will receive confirmation and details on how to collect your order. Please specify a date between 14 November and 23 December 2025.
In both cases please enter the relevant details in the form at checkout to ensure we can process your order as requested.
Deliveries will be sent on a next working day service (we use a range of couriers as well as Royal Mail to ensure the most suitable option for your order depending on weight - these will usually be delivered the day after shipping, though it can take an additional day in some cases), where tracking is available you will be sent relevant tracking information.
Whilst most orders will be delivered next working day, it is not guaranteed by any of our couriers, so if you require your order on a specific date, please get in touch before ordering for advice on the relevant shipping options or for a bespoke service, or choose the appropriate guaranteed delivery option when checking out. And whilst most companies do deliver on a Saturday, the regular shipping option doesn’t guarantee Saturday delivery. If you would specifically like a Saturday delivery, please select the Guaranteed Saturday delivery option at checkout and it will be sent on a special service for your chosen delivery date.
Please note some areas also receive parcels on Sundays but this is at the discretion of the carrier so we cannot guarantee Sunday delivery. We will always aim to have your order with you on the specified date, but it could be a day either side unless you choose a guaranteed delivery option for your preferred date.
If you would like your order on 23rd or 24th December, please select one the Special Delivery Guaranteed Option.
